Principal Consultant: John Pryzibilla, BA Hons, ATEMF
John specialises in the management of complex projects that entail strategic thinking, policy development, systems implementation and business process change, with accompanying communication, training and change management requirements. In the field of educational space planning and timetable management he is regarded as a thought leader.
John’s experience in management, computing, education, broadcasting and marketing includes work in both the public and private sectors, working primarily within Australia but with rich international experience at senior executive level.
His consulting work has been focussed on the higher education environment, demonstrating creativity, innovation and high-level analytical skills. He has formal training and extensive experience in areas of communication and marketing, and is an accomplished international conference and business presenter.
John’s project management roles have entailed management of multiple simultaneous projects with large budgets, management of multiple staff. This compliments broad general management experience as a senior manager and corporate officer responsible for effecting major change in large organisations.
He uses computing tools, including specialised databases and spreadsheets, extensively and proficiently; he is experienced in TQM, trained in Six Sigma, and familiar with ITIL and Prince2 approaches. He has experience with the selection, implementation, integration and use of major corporate systems.
Principal Consultant: Liz Pryzibilla, BA (CommStud), MBus (AdminMan)
Liz is a passionate and engaging communicator who brings that passion to all that she takes on – working with companies to help them deal with workforce challenges, developing Customer Service Strategies for a large organisation, or consulting on educational marketing or other business development issues.
After 20 years as Director, Centre for Professional and Continuing and the English Language Centre at the University of Adelaide, Liz moved on to explore new challenges and embrace the freedom and flexibility of a self-employed consultant. She has joined her husband John as a Partner in Mackin Harland Consulting.
Liz has extensive experience in management, international relations and business development. She is a well-recognised motivator and coach, an experienced facilitator and entrepreneur in training and development. She brings over 30 years experience in the education field, and is passionate about educational and workforce equity, and lifelong learning.
